18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 65 years of age; 2. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic Radical Bowel Cancer Surgery; 3. ASA GRADE I-II; 4. BMI ranged from 18.5 to 23.9; 5. Exclusion of distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe congenital heart disease; 2. Patients susceptible to malignant hyperthermia; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment such as emotional disorder, hyperactivity disorder, intelligence disorder and audiovisual disorder; 4. Patients with important organ dysfunction; 5. Patients with a history of drug abuse; 6. Patients with history of epilepsy; 7. Patients with respiratory infection; 8. Patients allergic to the product and excipients; 9. Patients considered unsuitable by researchers.
