15 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with femoral neck fracture; 2. Classification: Garden classification / Pauwels classification; 3. Patients aged 15-55 years old; 4. The patients who underwent surgery for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with surgical contraindications; 2. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery or anesthesia; 3. Patients with mental illness and cognitive impairment; 4. Patients with other systemic diseases requiring long-term hormone use (lupus, nephropathy, etc.); 5. Patients with severe trauma history of hip; 6. Patients with hip dysplasia; 7. Patients who cannot cooperate with the follow-up plan.
