20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand and have signed the informed consent; 2. Urine microalbumin >= 30mg/24h or Albumin/creatinine ratio>= 30mg/g (3.5mg/mmol); 3. eGFR < 60ml/min·1.73m2; 4. no cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in four weeks; 5. negative pregnancy test and willing to contraception during treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to extracorporeal gambling; 2.Pregnancy, breastfeeding or malignant tumor; 3.Severe heart, liver or lung dysfunction; 4.no legal capacity or legal capacity is restricted; 5.disagree for the participation from researchers; 6.poor adherence.
