Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 50 to 70 years old, TPSA =8; prostate volume >=30ml; Qmax = 100ml). In addition, subjects who had taken alpha - blockers, 5 alpha - reductase inhibitors, Chinese patent medicines or plant preparations for BPH within 4 weeks could also be included in this study after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal under the supervision of researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergic to curcumin, previous LUTS or ed drug treatment history, prostate surgery history, combined with prostate cancer, urethral stricture, urinary tract infection, bladder stones, bladder cancer, neurogenic bladder dysfunction, serious heart disease, renal dysfunction, liver dysfunction, diabetes, sexually transmitted diseases, malignant tumors, peptic ulcer, hemorrhagic diseases, mental diseases, etc
