Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the 2013 American Diabetes Association (ADA) Diabetes Diagnosis and Treatment Criterion, patients diagnosed with T1DM: ALC >=6.5% or FPG >= 126 mg/ dL (7.0 mmol/ L) or oral glucose tolerance for 2h >= 200 mg/ dL (11.1 mmol/ L) or patients with typical hyperglycemia symptoms or risk of hyperglycemia >= 200 mg/ dL (11.1 mmol/ L) were randomly assigned with blood glucose >= 200 mg/dl (11.1 mmol/ L).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Primary hypertension, refractory hypertension, history of cardiovascular disease (coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy valvular disease, congenital heart disease), severe cardiac dysfunction (NYHA-IV); frequent atrial; fibrillation; thyroid dysfunction; 2) Conaindication of MRI examination: there is a cardiac pacemaker, a nerve stimulator, an artificial metal heart valve, an aneurysm, a metal foreign body in the clipping eye, a metal prosthesis, a metal prosthesis, a metal prosthesis, a metal joint, and a ferromagnetic foreign body in the inner ear; 3) Severe high fever; 4) For severe respiratory diseases, such as inability to hold breath, see Informed Consent for Enhanced Magnetic; 5) Resonance Examination; 6) The claustrophobic.
