18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2021, patients with liver cirrhosis, aged between 18 and 75 years, who admitted to Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University. Diagnostic criteria for cirrhosis: Cirrhosis should be confirmed by imaging examination (upper abdominal ultrasound/CT/MRI) or liver biopsy pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Portal vein embolism; 2. Splenectomy; 3. Hepatic encephalopathy; 4. Hepatic space occupying lesions (such as hepatic cysts, hemangiomas, etc.) with diameter > 3cm and local compression effect; 5. With contraindications for enhanced CT examination of upper abdomen, such as iodine allergy, too thin peripheral vein for contrast medium injection; 6. With contraindications of gastroscopy.
