Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformed to the diagnostic criteria established by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference, and the lesions were confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Water swallow test screening for patients with grade 3 to 4; 3. Patients with indwelling nasogastric tube and swallowing action; 4. The patient is conscious and able to cooperate with the study; 5. Voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate to severe cognitive impairment; 2. Complicated with serious heart, liver, lung and other organ diseases; 3. Patients with dysphagia caused by other non-stroke diseases; 4. Patients admitted with tubes.
