Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. type 2 diabetes; 3. diagnosed of type 2 diabetes within 5 years; 4. comply with research requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe diabetic complications; 2. Patients with gastonintestinal diseases who can not take oral preparations; 3. Severe organic diseases,including severe hepatic diseases,severe renal diseases and cardiovascular diseases; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Use of product similar to the test in the last 3 months; 6. Continuous use of weight-loss drug for > 1 month; 7. Patients who have used antibiotics in recent one month; 8. failure to follow research requirements.
