55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2020 to June 2023, patients aged 55-75 who are prepared for radical resection of prostate cancer are mainly middle-to-high-risk prostate cancer patients: (1) PSA >= 10; Or 4= T2 stage; (3) Gleason score >= 7 points;Or the puncture Gleason score of both lobes >= 6 points at the same time; informed and agreed to participate in the clinical trial; able to cooperate with the treatment and complete the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with heart, brain and lung diseases or liver and renal insufficiency.
