Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to China's liver cancer guidelines in 2019, patients with newly diagnosed liver cancer diagnosed by imaging or pathology; 2. Patients with single tumor = 5cm or multiple 2-3 tumors and single tumor = 3cm; 3. Child Pugh grade A or B subjects; 4. Subjects without large vessel invasion or distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who had been treated with TACE or sorafenib; 2. The patients with pathological type of non HCC were other types of HCC; 3. Patients with underlying immune system diseases; 4. Patients with major underlying diseases; 5. Patients who used antibiotics within one month before admission.
