Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University electively operates on lower limb bone and joint. The patients are 20-70 years old, 150-180 cm in height, ASA I-III grade, and weigh 50-80 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infection of puncture site, puncture site with surgical history, coagulation dysfunction, chronic or neuropathic pain history, long-term use of analgesics or opioid tolerance, alcoholics.
