Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Coughing and expectoration are the main symptoms, and the onset lasts for 3 months each year for 2 consecutive years or more; 2) After at least one bronchodilator, FEV1/FVC of lung function was less than 70%; 3) Aged 40-80 years, gender unlimited; 4) Subjects have good compliance and can cooperate to complete related studies of this subject; All subjects had signed the informed consent before participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Complicated with pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, massive pleural effusion, mediastinal and pulmonary space occupation, congenital lung disease, rheumatic immune disease, severe cardiac insufficiency, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, etc.; 2) No intravenous or oral use of hormones in the past 1 month; 3) A clinically significant, serious, uncontrollable disease or condition that, in the Investigator's judgment, may affect the safety of the subjects or confuse the interpretation of the validity results if the condition/disease worsens during the study; 4) Upper or lower respiratory tract infection caused by unalleviated bacteria/viruses within 1 week of the visit, or at the discretion of the investigator, may affect the participant's participation in the study; 5) Those who plan to have surgery within 6 months; 6) Women who are pregnant, planning to be pregnant or lactating; 7) People with Chinese reading and writing difficulties.
