Inclusion criteria: 1 To perform elective thoracic surgery 2 Use the left double-lumen endotracheal catheter 3 Female, aged from 18 to 80 4 ASA grade I ~ III 5 Double lumen endotracheal catheter was pulled out after surgery 6 Sign informed conse
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The surgical methods are sleeve or pneumonectomy 2. Patients with anticipated endotracheal intubation difficulties: Mallampati score >= 3, history of otolaryngology or neck surgery, history of neck radiotherapy and chemotherapy, history of tracheotomy, horse grade 3-4, mouth opening = 28kg/m2, etc.. 3. Patients with difficulty in left double lumen tube implantation were predicted: left main bronchus stenosis, tracheal deformation, tumor compression, etc.. 4. Patients with preoperative sore throat and hoarseness; 5. No preoperative thin-slice CT imaging examination of the lung; 6. The patient refused to sign the informed consent.
