Inclusion criteria

Body temperature > 38 degrees C or 90 /min; 3. Breathing rate > 20/min or PAC02 12.O x l0^9 / L or 0.01. The inclusion criteria for ALI followed the diagnostic criteria proposed by the European and American Joint Conference in 1994: (1) high-risk factors; (2) acute onset, respiratory frequency or respiratory distress; (3) ALI oxygenation index (PA02 / FI02) < 300mmHg, < 200mmHg to diagnose ARDS(1mmHg -- O.1133kPa)[regardless of PEEP level]: (4) Positive chest radiograph shows patchiness in the lungs; (5) Pulmonary artery wedge pressure PAWP <= 18mmHg and clinical except for cardiogenic pulmonary edema.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age under 18 years old; 2. Patients with previous severe cardiac insufficiency, liver disease, kidney disease, coagulation insufficiency, combined tumor and other diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Brain dead patients.
