Group 2:movement schedule of 'taking the waist as the axis' of Tai Chi combined with routine rehabilitation training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 2) the diagnostic criteria of TCM for stroke; 3) the patients were disgonsed as a first onset of stroke, and patients with trunk position control disorder; 4) TIS score is 8~14 points,and the age between 60 to 80 years old; 5) the onset is 2 weeks ~ 6 months; good physical strength and endurance of 40 minutes of training; 6) the Standing position balance >= 1 levels; 7) at least the unilateral limb movement function is normal; 8) the patient's vital signs are stable; 9) agree to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Consciousness disorder,severe cognitive impairment; 2) Physical strength can't stand 40 minutes of training; 3) patients with acute diseases such as heart, brain and kidney; 4) serious mental disorders; 5) simple MMSE score is less than or equal to 23.
