Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Within 24 hours of onset, CTA+CTP indicates that the core of infarction exists or that the MRI examination time from the onset to the line of the skull is within 1 week, the MR DWI sequence can be seen as an acute cerebral infarction lesions; 3. Patients with initial onset or past cerebral infarction but no obvious sequelae, re-acute onset; 4. Patients completed ECG, Holter and electrostartic monitoring while in hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage and occupied patients (emergency skull CT excludes cerebral hemorrhage, such as infarction after the patient's hospital incurs hemorrhage does not exclude); 2. Patients with transient ischemic attack; 3. Severe infection or Sepsis shock; 4. Patients with a history of severe trauma who have under been surgically treated; 5. Obviously liver and renal failure; 6. Patients with endocrine, immune and tumor diseases; 7. During pregnancy; 8. Other causes of cardioembolic stroke, including patent foramen ovale, Left atrial myxoma, rheumatoid heart disease, dilated heart disease and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 9. There are other causes that can cause acute multiple infarction, such as vasculitis, clotting system diseases, tumor embolism, etc.
