40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the healthy population without systemic disease; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 3. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-primary knee osteoarthritis, such as gouty arthritis and hemophilic arthritis; 2. Patients with severe hip and ankle diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Patients with important system dysfunction, severe cardio-cerebrovascular chronic diseases; 5. Patients with skin damage, ulceration, local infection, etc.; 6. Patients who are unable to cooperate with patients who complete the study; 7. Had a history of knee joint surgery; 8. Had a history of vascular lesions of the lower extremities.
