40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The acute cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia, within three days after onset,the acute cerebral infarction is verified by MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive dysfunction that cannot cooperated with investigators. Patients who cannot be performed with FEES because of nasopharyngeal disease or clotting disorders.Patients who refuse to participate the trail.
