Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, Aged >= 60 years, the main report of memory loss in the past one year; 2. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MOCA) of Changsha Version: <= 13 points in the illiteracy group, <= 19 points in the primary school group, and <= 24 points in the junior high school and above group. Mild cognitive impairment was clinically assessed by neurologists, but did not meet the dementia criteria of the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impair; 3. Both hearing and visual acuity (including correction) can participate in this study; 4. Be able to communicate in Mandarin; 5. Fails to participate in cognition-enhancing training within three months; 6. Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inconvenient movement; 2, Vestibular dysfunction or vertigo; 3, Alcohol and drug dependence; 4. Cognitive impairment caused by other diseases, such as brain injury and cerebrovascular accident; 5. Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system and other serious diseases and mental disorders.
