Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Extreme emotional crisis: The informed consent form was signed online and the subjects agreed to participate in this study; 2. General emotional crisis In the group of 18-35 years old (the main group of "zoushudong" microblog messages) and PHQ-9 score >= 5 (with depressive symptoms), 5000 cases were selected. According to the influence degree of social network judged by the model, the intervention objects were selected from the high, medium and low influence groups according to the proportion of 40%, 30% and 30% respectively. After verifying the effect of the intervention, it was extended to other people who met the inclusion criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who have not signed the informed consent online and don't agree to participate in this study.
