18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Subjects with BMI of 18-30 kg / m2; 4. Subjects with normal communication, voluntary subjects and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness; 3. Patients with history of endocrine system diseases; 4. Patients with hematological diseases; 5. Patients with reflux esophagitis; 6. Patients with previous tonsillectomy or vocal cord surgery; 7. Patients with chronic pharyngitis; 8. Patients with long-term use of glucocorticoid during perioperative period.
