Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old; 2. Emergency patients; 3. Patients with indications of endotracheal intubation such as hypoxia and airway failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been intubated outside the emergency department; 2. Subjects with incomplete records of important clinical data; 3. Subjects who refused to participate in this study.
