Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All subjects who met the indications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the 2014 edition of Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases, In addition, the following conditions are met: 1. The stone is not complicated, single, or located in the upper ureter or the mouth of the renal pelvis; 2. The maximum diameter of the stone is less than 2.5cm; 3. Informed consent of patients for local anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with obvious surgical contraindications: such as severe barycenter dysfunction, pulmonary insufficiency, liver dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, severe uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, severe uncontrolled hypoproteinemia, acid-base imbalance. 2. Subjects with incomplete postoperative follow-up data. 3. Subjects with previous history of percutaneous nephrolithotomy or nephrolithotomy.
