Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral C2-C7 single level cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; 2. Patients with 6-week ineffective conservative treatment or intolerable pain; 3. Patients with clinical symptoms consistent with imaging features; 4. Subjects without cervical instability; 5. Subjects without previous cervical spine surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mixed cervical spondylosis; 2. Patients with neck pain or upper limb pain inconsistent with the image; 3. Patients with cervical cancer, infection, ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases; 4. Patients with serious internal diseases; 5. Patients not suitable for MRI examination.
