Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 20-60 years; 2. Subjects weighing 45-80kg; 3. Subjects with BMI between 18 and 30; 4. Subjects with anesthesia grade I or II of American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA). 5. Patients undergoing thyroid surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded from this study: 1. Preoperative prediction of patients with difficult airway; 2. Patients allergic to dexmedetomidine; 3. Subjects without informed consent; 4. Subjects with a history of severe cardiopulmonary disease, patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and patients with severe central system diseases.
