Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with essential hypertension: 1. Subjects meeting the diagnostic criteria of essential hypertension in the 2017 ACC / AHA American clinical practice guidelines for hypertension. 2. Subjects aged 18 years = 90; 2. The healthy subjects had no cold, high fever and other abnormalities in recent one month. 3. Subjects aged 18 years <= 60 years, male or female. 4. The subjects who have not taken any drugs in the past 15 days have not participated in other clinical studies. 5. Volunteers and informed consents. Note: the above four items should be met at the same time before they can be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with essential hypertension: 1. Accompanied by other serious primary diseases cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, kidney and hematopoietic system, or metabolic diseases such as diabetes and thyroid dysfunction. 2. With skin diseases and skin damage on the skin or acupoints of the test site 3. Pregnant or lactating women or have plans for pregnancy within one year; 4. Patients with confirmed epilepsy and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 5. Patients with severe mental disorders, mental disorders and dependence on psychoactive substances; 6. Laboratory blood test indicates abnormality or risk of infection; 7. In the past two weeks, he had suffered from acute diseases, such as high fever and acute gastritis; 8. Received acupuncture treatment; 9. People who have been drinking and smoking for a long time have not given up smoking and drinking until one year before participating in this experiment; 10. Those who are participating in other clinical trials. Healthy subjects: 1. Karnofsky functional status score < 90; 2. Lactating women and pregnant women; 3. People who have been drinking and smoking for a long time have not given up smoking and drinking until one year before participating in this experiment. Note: all items that meet the requirements are excluded.
