Standard fluid resuscitation group:Sodium bicarbonate ringer injection 30ml / kg, before 3 hours

Eligibility

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects over 18 years old; 2. New patients in ICU; 3. Patients with septic shock: (1) Infection; (2) SOFA score change >= 2; (3) Hypotension (map 2.5mmol/l could not be corrected by rehydration. 4. Subjects who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose condition can't be reversed or dying; 2. The subjects who have the intention to stop or cancel the artificial life support (give up treatment); 3. Patients with chronic heart failure (heart function >= 3, New York classification); 4. In patients with severe COPD, pCO2 >= 60mmhg; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients who have participated in other drug / device clinical trials within 3 months.
