Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants were admitted to hospital with laryngeal malignancy diagnosis, and Total laryngectomy was planned; 2. The survival time is expected to be more than half a year; 3. Elderly over 65 years without obvious disability; 4. Have certain reading and writing skills and communication skills. 5. After receiving informed consent, patients were asked to fill out some questionaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent cancer; 2. Severe heart, liver, kidney and other organic diseases, coagulation dysfunction; 3. Suffering from other psychological or mental diseases in the treatment stage.
