Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with clear cognitive ability; 2. For those patients with cataract and presbyopia, corneal astigmatism <= 1.0d; 3. The number and morphology of corneal endothelial cells were normal in subjects with axial length between 22 and 25 mm; 4. For the subjects with pupil diameter, the visual acuity was more than 2.5mm, and the visual acuity was less than 6.0mm; Kappa angle < 0.5 mm; 5. According to emery little grading system, the patients with binocular nuclear hardness grade I-IV had a smooth operation without complications, such as posterior capsule rupture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with history of internal eye surgery and ocular trauma. 2. Patients with keratopathy, glaucoma and chronic recurrent uveitis. 3. diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, occult macular degeneration, optic neuropathy. 4. Obvious ametropia, such as myopia greater than - 6.0d, hyperopia greater than + 5.0d; Corneal astigmatism > 0.75D. 5. Subjects with loose ciliary body suspensory ligament, capsulorhexis radius greater than 5.5mm, capsular bag rupture, non centering intraocular lens, posterior capsular incision and other ocular complications.
