Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with hamd17 score between 7 and 23 at the time of inclusion were mild to moderate depression; Or HAMA score was between 7-21, which belonged to mild to moderate anxiety; Or both. 2. Subjects aged 18-55, male or female; 3. The subjects who have received at least 9 years of formal cultural education can skillfully use the micro therapy platform; 4. Subjects who have not received psychiatric drug treatment or who have received irregular drug treatment and have stopped taking drugs for 8 weeks; 5. The subjects who have not received systematic psychotherapy in the past 6 months have certain treatment motivation; 6. The subjects who are willing to participate in this study should sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe physical diseases at present; 2. Subjects with serious suicide attempt or behavior; 3. Patients with dsm-5 psychotic disorder or with psychotic symptoms, dependence or abuse of psychoactive substances, personality disorder, mental retardation, etc.; 4. Subjects participating in other clinical studies.
