Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects who signed the informed consent form; 2. Subjects aged 18-89 years; 3. Han subjects; 4. Unrelated subjects of three generations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with heart, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic dysfunction.
