40 Years to 71 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. OPLL involving C2 segment and above; 2. C2 dome decompression and C2 single door laminoplasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. K line (-); 2. Patients with symptoms of thoracolumbar spinal stenosis; 3. Patients with cervical fracture, tumor, dysplasia, infection, etc; 4. Patients with cervical instability or slippage; 5. Patients with severe scoliosis; 6. Patients with a history of cervical spine surgery; 7. Patients with severe or poor general conditions can not tolerate surgery; 8. Lost patients.
