Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients who underwent "hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy left ventricular outflow tract dredging" operation; 3. Signed an informed consent form to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left ventricular wall thickening caused by increased load; 2. Non-obstructive HCM; 3. Suffering from any structural heart disease; 4. Pregnant and lactating female patients; 5. Contraindications to MRI examination.
