Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing surgeries in cerebellopontine angle area, aged 18-70 years; (2) ASA I-II; (3) BMI 18.5-28 kg/m2; (4) Normal preoperative heart, lung, liver kidney function and normal complete blood count; (5) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With diseases in neuromuscular junction or myasthenia gravis; (2) with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia or other mental disorders; (3) with severe hypertension, diabetes, coronary disease,heart valve diseases or cerebral infarction.
