18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (between ages of 18 to 65 years) with delayed sleep wake phase disorder; 2. English Fluency (i.e., does not require interpretive services to engage in study).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Shift workers; 2. Pregnant or currently breastfeeding; 3. History of diagnosed eating disorder; 4. At risk for an eating disorder (i.e., Eating Disorder Examination (EDE) 6.0: Total Score > 1.27); 5. Cardiometabolic health issues (e.g., diabetes, CVD); 6. At risk for cardiovascular disease (e.g., endorses current symptoms or presents with 2 or more risk factors).
