Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Who meet the diagnostic criteria and have surgical indications; 2. Between the ages of 20 and 60 years; 3. Previous anorectal surgery without other diseases, anal structure and function normal; 4. No obvious abnormality was found in preoperative physical and laboratory examination; 5. Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined Heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and column diseases; 2. Abnormal urination, abnormal movement of lower limbs; 3. Mental illness, pregnant and lactating women; 4. There are serious complications, severe allergies and other conditions; 5. Contraindication of anesthesia in spinal canal and abnormality of anesthesia puncture change the way of anesthesia.
