Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were admitted to hospital for surgery under laryngoscope under general anesthesia were selected to meet the standard. Biopsy of laryngopharyngeal diseases, surgical resection of benign and malignant tumors, and voice surgery. It is especially suitable for patients who have difficulty in glottis exposure, such as cervical spondylosis, small jaw, short neck obesity, too long incisors, too high throat and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who don't want to participate, patients with laryngeal diseases who need surgery through extralaryngeal approach.
