Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female subjects aged >= 18 years; 2. Less than 30 days after the onset of HZ rash, the lesions had healed and the scab had all fallen off, and the neuropathic pain symptoms associated with herpes zoster were still present. 3. The subjects have understood the content of the study and voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a related history or current severe mental illness, epilepsy, or other brain or mental condition that may affect their ability to judge themselves; 2. In addition to herpes zoster pain, there are other causes of pain in the herpes zoster area, such as compression neuropathy (spinal canal stenosis), fibromyalgia, etc., or there are other painful diseases in the local area before the diagnosis of HZ neuralgia, which will affect the pain perception evaluation of patients in this study. 3. The presence of other severe pain disorders, which may confuse subjects' self-assessment of HZ-induced pain based on the investigator's judgment; 4. The presence of other neurological disorders (e.g., cognitive impairment), which the investigators believe may affect the evaluation of HZ neuralgia or the subjects' ability to complete diary card entries; 5. Have a history of alcohol abuse, drug abuse or drug abuse; 6. Patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for inclusion.
