70 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Age at or above 18 years old and below 70 years old; B. Tibial shaft fracture (AO classification 42A,B,C); C. Bone maturation; D. Sign the informed consent for treatment and be willing to cooperate with treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Autoimmune diseases; B. Severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; C. Psychopaths D. Tumor patients; E. multiple injuries; F. Open fractures; G. Patients with neurovascular injury; H. Injury or stiffness of the knee; I. Osteoarthritis patients; J. low patella; K. calcification of the patellar ligament; L. Metabolic or pathological bone disease; M. Abandoning treatment for various reasons and not cooperating with researchers.
