Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ARDS was diagnosed after discharge. 2) Oxygen therapy was given during hospitalization (oxygen supply measures included nasal catheter, noninvasive mechanical ventilation, invasive mechanical ventilation and other additional oxygen supplement methods).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Repeated admission to ICU during one hospitalization. 2) Children under the age of 16. 3) ICU stay was less than 24 hours. 4) There are factors leading to inaccurate SpO2 monitoring , including hyperhemoglobinemia, anemia and continuous hypoperfusion (lasting more than 6 hours). 5) SpO2 times <10 times. 6) Important data is missing.
