Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Sign the informed consent form voluntarily; 2) Aged >= 18 years, no gender limit; 3) Meet the New York AS classification standard revised in 1984; 4) HLA-B27 is positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of malignant tumor; 2) Have a history of mental illness or a family history of mental illness; 3) Those who cannot cooperate with the investigation due to objective factors.
