Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Acute and transient psychotic disorder in accordance with ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; (2) The patients who are older than or equal to 16 years old have never received any antipsychotic drugs or other drugs that may affect the central nervous system; (3) The IQ score was not less than 70; (4) Right handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from brain organic diseases or other physical diseases; (2) Individuals who meet DSM-IV diagnostic criteria now or in the past: schizophrenia, delusion, schizoid disorder, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, dementia or other severe cognitive impairment, intellectual development disorder; (3) He has taken any drugs that affect the central nervous system in the past; (4) Have a history of alcohol or substance abuse (except smoking); (5) Recent history of allergy, substance abuse and immunosuppressant use; (6) Recent history of vaccination; (7) There was a history of gastric ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding; (8) Pregnant and lactating women.
