Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years, male or female; 2. Preoperative imaging examination and colonoscopy were used to diagnose colon cancer below splenic flexure; 3. There were abdominal pain, abdominal distension and other obstructive manifestations, and intestinal distention and gas-liquid plane could be seen on upright plain film; 4. The follow-up time was more than 1 year; 5. T, N stage of I, II, III patients with colorectal cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There were signs of gastrointestinal perforation or intestinal necrosis; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who can not tolerate surgery; 3. Stage IV patients with distant metastasis who lost the chance of radical surgery.
