Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients: over 60 years old; 2. Can fully understand the project purpose and process and cooperate with them; 3. Primary colon cancer was pathologically diagnosed with radical resection; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness patients, unable to cooperate with the completion of the study; 2. History of tumor, history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, accompanied by other malignant tumors, colon cancer with distant metastasis; 3. Patients treated with non-radical surgery: patients undergoing palliative care or temporary enterostomy; 4. Use of antibiotics, corticosteroids or probiotics within 1 month before collection; 5. Patients with long-term use of immunosuppressant; 6. Patients infected with HBV, HCB, HIV and syphilis.
