Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia, age between 18 to 40 years, healthy singleton pregnancy between 37 to 41+6 weeks gestation, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I/II, height 150 to 170cm, and BMI <= 35 kg /m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancy, a fetal abnormality, history of 3 or more cesarean sections, dangerous placenta previa or massive hemorrhage during perinatal period, pregnancy-induced hypertension (SBP > 140mmHg or DBP > 90mmHg), spinal anesthesia is contraindicated or refused to perform spinal anesthesia, multiple failures of spinal anesthesia puncture, combined with disease of important organs (heart, liver, kidney, etc.).
