Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical diagnosis (with heartburn, acid reflux symptoms); (2) 24h esophageal pH-impedance monitoring in accordance with Demeester score > 14.72, or pathological weak acid reflux or weak base reflux; (3) PPI-based After treatment for more than 2 months, the symptoms were not relieved or repeated after remission; (4) According to the classification of the valve, the endoscopic diagnosis was grade II, that is, the cardia was slack but the diagnostic criteria for esophageal hiatus were not reached.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Barrett's esophagus or early cancer confirmed by pathological biopsy; (2) Patients who have undergone surgical treatment such as gastric folding surgery, patients whose normal physiological anatomy has been destroyed; (3) Esophageal hiatus hernia, ie LES-CD Separation > 2cm; (4) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease.Note: Reflux esophagitis is not included in the treatment, and drug treatment can be included in the study after mucosal healing.
