Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe plaque psoriasis, aged 18-70 years, with psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score >= 12, course of disease >= 6 months, received at least one systemic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to Oxymatrine; guttate psoriasis; erythrodermic psoriasis; arthritic psoriasis; pustular psoriasis; severe liver and / or kidney damage; mental illness; hematopoietic dysfunction or other severe organ dysfunction; treatment with immunosuppressant, high-dose glucocorticoid or retinoid drugs in the past 8 weeks; 1 Medication outside the month; pregnancy or lactation.
