Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 60-70 years old; (2)have their own residence, long-term sitting; (3)right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Heart disease, neurological disorder, musculoskeletal disorders, and other conditions not suitable for physical activity; (2) Contraindications to fMRI or TMS.
