Experimental group A:Infusion of lidocaine 2mg / kg

Experimental group B:Infusion of lidocaine 2mg / kg

Control group C:Equal amount of 5% glucose solution

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Neuropathic pain patients with clear diagnosis in the pain department; (2) Pain is obvious, VAS score: 4 to 10 points, which seriously affects the quality of life. Patients requiring; radiofrequency treatment; (3) No serious heart, brain, lung, kidney and other system diseases (4) Patients' informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Aspen syndrome, severe heart block, including II or III degree atrioventricular block, double bundle branch block; (2) Severe heart and lung diseases such as severe sinus node dysfunction; (3) Patients with a history of allergy to local anesthetics or with a heart rate lower than 60 beats/min; (4) Patients with intellectual and cognitive impairment; (5) The patient is unwilling to accept the informed consent.
