18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years old, gender limitless; (2) bone defects in limbs with a diameter of more than 50% or length greater than 2cm; (3) acceptance of Masquelet technology to treat bone defects; (4) No mental illness, voluntary acceptance of the trial and signed an informed consent form, and willing to follow the programme on a scheduled basis for follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined neurological, endocrine-line diseases affecting bone joints and are active; (2) severe autoimmune diseases; (3) rapid progression of the disease, X-rays with significant joint damage or bone absorption; (4) clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices within the first three months of selection; and (5) patients considered unfit to participate in the trial.
